The Casa Vecchia Gift Shop is stocked with a range of products that showcase both these qualities …
“from little things, big things grow” …
The gift shop had humble beginnings back in 2010. A small space that was the Driver Reviver was converted, and there the Casa Vecchia Gift Shop was born.
Two years later the shop had out-grown this space, so the ground floor of the heritage listed mud brick house (a replica of the old Antonelli’s wine shop) was converted and there Casa Vecchia came of age.
A gift shop specialising in all things Italian, be it Italian made, Italian designed, or just Italian inspired gifts, together with a small selection of locally made, quality products.
The gift shop has become an income stream for the New Italy Complex with all profits from the shop being used to help maintain the museum for generations to come.
The gift shop is totally run by dedicated volunteers.
