MARQUIS DE RAY EXPEDITIONS   SHIP INDIA left Barcelona 9 July 1880 with 317 passingers   arrived Port Briton 14 Oct 1880   left Port Briton 20 Feb 1881 Arrived Noumea 12 March 1881   Albina Died aged 2yr in Noumea and was burried there   SHIP JAMES PATTERSON Left Noumea 2 April 1881 for Australiawith 217 of the survivors out of 317 arrived sydney 5 days later   Battista and Luigia aged 24yrs , Maria Mazzeri aged 54yrs Luigia's mother spent 5 months Sydney ,11 months Bourke, 5yrs Liverpool ,before they settled in St Johns Park for 24 yrs   When Battista was Naturalised he and his friend Antonio Belotti had some mix up with the handing over of the papers both naturalised the same day.   Antonio Belotti came out with Battista and Lucy on that ill faited journey with his family Antonio aged 36yrs Pietro aged 13yrs Anna aged 11yrs they lived in 59 Bulla Rd Campbelltown Liverpool in the cencis of 1900 Battista lived in 63 Bulla Rd at that time with his family   he was a vine grower when he 1st voted in 1903
